The Communiqué on Additional Decision Studies to the Import Notification Decision No. 2017, prepared by the Ministry of Economy and a copy of which is attached (import: 2016/3), was published in the Official Gazette dated 30/09/2016 and numbered 29843. In the first paragraph of Article 1 of the said Communiqué, it is stated that this Communiqué aims to take into consideration the opinions and demands of relevant companies, non-governmental organizations and public institutions and organizations during the preparation of the Supplementary Decision to the Import Regime Decision, which determines the customs duties to be collected during imports and the Mass Housing Fund rates.
In the first paragraph of the 2nd article of the same Communiqué, by stating the commercial description and customs tariff statistical position of the goods subject to import, justified requests regarding the requested customs duty and the rate or amount of the Mass Housing Fund can be submitted to companies and Non-Governmental Organizations within 20 days after the publication of this Communiqué (after 30.09.2016) with the Application Form annexed to the mentioned Communiqué, a copy of which is attached. It is intended to be sent to the Ministry's e-mail address [email protected] , or to the corporate e-mail address of the relevant parties.
