TOBB Breath Loan Applications Start on November 3, 2026
Under the leadership of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), in cooperation with the Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF) and banks, TOBB Breath Credit is being relaunched in order to facilitate SMEs' access to finance.
Within the scope of applications that will start on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, TOBB chamber and commodity exchange member businesses will be able to benefit from the loan opportunity.
Within the scope of the program, a maximum of 5 million TL loan can be provided per company, and in 2026, businesses that have previously used Breath Loan will be able to use additional loans to complete the total loan amount to 5 million TL.
Credit terms:
* Application start date: 3 November 2026
* Credit limit per company: 5 million TL
* New loan volume target: Additional 50 billion TL
* Maturity: Maximum 48 months including 6 months principal grace period
* Interest rate: 36% annually for up to 24 months, 34% annually for maturities over 24 months
Banks that will provide loans:
Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası, Türkiye Halk Bankası, DenizBank, Türkiye Garanti Bankası, Türkiye Cumhuriyet Ziraat Bankası, Yapı ve Kredi Bankası, QNB ve Ziraat Katılım Bankası.
