The introductory seminar of the "Probation Directorate", which started operating in our district, was held in the conference hall of Nizip Commodity Exchange.
Making a speech at the seminar, Nizip Chief Public Prosecutor Hacı Ali Bayarslan said, "Although prison sentences do not have the expected effect, they can sometimes make conditions worse and positive results cannot be obtained in terms of rehabilitation. With the probation method, criminals are both reintegrated into society and contribute positively to society. The general purpose of probation is to rehabilitate criminals by making them productive and to prevent these people from getting involved in crime again."
The seminar ended with the protocol signed between Nizip District Governorate, Nizip Municipality and the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
