MINISTRY OF ECONOMY UR-GE PROJECT

Nizip Commodity Exchange, which adds value to our region and Nizip economy with the projects it carries out, broke new ground and implemented the International Competitiveness Development (UR-GE) project, which will be implemented for the first time in Nizip and aims to make its members have a say in the international arena.

The opening meeting and signing ceremony of our project was held at our Nizip Commodity Exchange peanut market liaison office with the participation of the companies involved in the project. Nizip Commodity Exchange Chairman of the Board of Directors İbrahim SARI attended the meeting; "The Project for the Development and Support of International Competitiveness is a clustering project supported by the Ministry of Economy, in which companies operating in the same sector come together and act together. It is a source of pride and happiness for us that an UR-GE project will be implemented by our Stock Exchange for the first time in Nizip. Our project, which includes activities such as needs analysis, employment, training, consultancy, foreign marketing and procurement delegation for the development of the international competitiveness of our companies that are included in the project and are also members of our Stock Exchange, has been given a 3-year period by the Ministry of Economy." "400 000 dollars of support will be provided." he said.

The training and consultancy activities to be provided within the scope of our project will contribute to the institutionalization of our members and their development in areas such as human resources management and innovation. Our companies that want to export will be able to reach potential buyers and target markets abroad through our Stock Exchange.

Our project will be completed in 2019.
