NEET PRO: Labor Market Support Program for Youth Neither in Education nor Employment

NEET PRO support program, financed by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey, is a special labor market support program for young people in partnership with Nizip Commodity Exchange project. Our aim is to support young people who are not in education or employment and to ensure their integration into the labor market and their career development. We open new horizons for young people with the programs we offer in three different areas: agricultural consultancy, good agricultural practices and agricultural marketing.

Project Owner (Grant Beneficiary): Nizip Commodity Exchange (NTB)

Nizip Commodity Exchange (NTB), which is affiliated with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), is an important stakeholder of the agricultural sector.
takes an active role in our project. NTB has sustainable revenues that have ensured its financial sustainability since its establishment in 1995. It is the center of products traded on the stock exchange in Nizip. In line with the objectives of our project, NTB hosted the project in order to increase the employability of young people who want to specialize in the agricultural sector and to contribute to the development of a qualified workforce.

Special Privileges for Selected Young People

• By registering with İŞKUR, they will enter the workforce and begin to benefit from İŞKUR's services.
• In order to meet the daily needs of NEETs, a daily allowance of 10 Euros will be paid during the theoretical training and on-the-job training they will receive for 60 working days.
• At the end of the theoretical training, they will have a Certificate approved by Gaziantep University.
• As a result of successfully completing all training, they will receive a job search allowance of 50 Euros four times a month to support NEETs. (For job search allowance, documents proving transportation, accommodation and job interview expenses will be required.)
• Additionally, financial support of 200 Euros will be provided for the settlement expenses of NEETs who find work in another city.
• NEETs will be covered by insurance against possible accidents, risks and health problems throughout their training.
