No new farmers or lands can be registered with ÇKS, except for agricultural lands they own or rent after June 30, 2014. Changes in production information resulting from force majeure can be made within the production year" and a regulation has been made regarding the 2014 production year ÇKS farmer application periods. In this context, in order to prevent possible farmer grievances, farmers' 2014 production year FKS application periods have been extended until the end of working hours on 29 August 2014, in line with the provisions of the temporary article 1 of the regulation.
