"Business World Consultation Meeting" was held at the TOBB Twin Towers Conference Hall, hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu, with the participation of the Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat İsikhan.

TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu requested the reorganization of income tax levels and rates and the premium-based wage ceiling in order to increase the net wages to be received by employees.
In his speech, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that they signed 2 protocols that will enable young people and women to gain qualifications and participate in the workforce and allow businesses to reach a workforce with sufficient professional skills in the areas they will need.
Stating that they are making efforts to qualify the workforce, Hisarcıklıoğlu explained that TOBB MEYBEM Vocational Qualifications Certification Center, authorized by the Vocational Qualifications Authority (MYK), continues its examination and certification services in 81 provinces.
M. Rıfat Hisarcıklıoğlu said that they gave professional qualification certificates to more than 120 thousand employees through the exams they organized in 77 professions, especially dangerous and very dangerous professions.
Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that with the Qualified Workforce Training Program (NIYEP) protocol signed at the meeting, the workforce demands needed by businesses within the scope of active workforce programs will be collected in chambers and commodity exchanges, and training programs appropriate to the needs will be prepared, and added: "The candidates who want to benefit from the program will then be brought together and given theoretical training, and then they will be employed by receiving practical training in the enterprises within the scope of on-the-job training programs." he said.
