Nizip Commodity Exchange Personnel attended the Effective Communication and Body Language seminar organized by Nizip Vocational School at the NTB conference hall.
The seminar given by Personal Development Specialist-Trainer Özlem Yurdanur Özgenç was again held with great participation. The seminar focused on topics such as the importance of effective communication, its place in the beginning of business life, issues to be considered when communicating, what body language means and its share in communication.
Trainer Özgenç stated that positive attitude, listening, valuing and feedback are important during communication and that these values determine the quality of communication. Saying that we should express ourselves with short, clear and understandable sentences when communicating, Özgenç underlined that communication should be started through common points. Saying that there are three important stages in conveying the message, Özgenç said these; He listed it as Voice, Word and Body Language. He stated that the most important of these three elements is body language and that body language never lies. He stated that body language is more effective and effective than words during communication and that we should pay more attention to this aspect of the person in front of us.
In body language; Pointing out the importance of the concepts of personal space, appearance, physical touch, body movements, manner of speaking, and social distance, Özgenç said that it is necessary to be careful about these issues when establishing a relationship.
